In 2004 I relocated to London and started as a receptionist at K West Hotel & Spa (Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company) but was fortunate enough to be promoted to Reception Manager after a short period of time.

In my current position at the Lancaster London I am responsible for the several departments i.e. Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, Business Centre and Security.
