The AICR (Amicale Internationale des Sous Directeurs et Chefs de Réception des Grand Hôtels) is a community of fellow Front Office Leaders & Hoteliers working in hotels & private clubs around the United Kingdom. We host the annual World's Best Receptionist Competition, get together at monthly events, provide mentorship programs for people looking to boost their career and above all, we would like to say we have lots of fun with each other!

Every year, we host the World's Best Receptionist competition. We invite applications for this prestigious award from August with semi-finals taking place in October, talented receptionists from all over the UK have the opportunity to show off their true hospitality spirit.
The winner? Entry into the international competition, hosted every year somewhere around the globe, giving you the chance to truly become the World's best Receptionist!
